1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products offered on the website www.toutesttendance.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), operated by the company Tout Est Tendance. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products to consumers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter “the Customer”) fully accepts these T&Cs. Any purchase on the Site is subject to acceptance of these T&Cs, which take precedence over any other terms or documents.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to availability. Products may be removed from sale at any time without notice. The photos, descriptions, and information about the products are provided for informational purposes and may be modified without notice.
4. Orders
The Customer can place an order online on the Site by following the ordering process and confirming their cart. Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. All orders are final and binding after payment validation.
5. Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Tout Est Tendance reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applicable is that in effect at the time of the order.
6. Payment
Orders can be paid for by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the Site. The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.
For payments by credit card, transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology.
7. Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and the selected shipping method. Tout Est Tendance cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of packages, except in cases of fault by the shipping company.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location and are displayed when the order is confirmed.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day period from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened packaging, tags intact, etc.). Returns should be sent to the following address:

In case of withdrawal, Tout Est Tendance will refund the Customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
9. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Article L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty for hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code). In case of defective products, the Customer should contact customer service as soon as possible to exercise their rights.
10. Liability
Tout Est Tendance’s liability cannot be engaged for non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to force majeure, a fault attributable to the Customer, or an internet network failure.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these elements is prohibited.
12. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data collected during the purchase process (name, address, email, etc.) is necessary for order management and contract execution. With the Customer’s prior consent, it may be used for commercial purposes. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data by contacting customer service.
13. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the Customer can contact Tout Est Tendance’s customer service via email at info@toutesttendance.com. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the Customer may bring the matter before the competent court.
14. Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
These terms may be modified at any time by Tout Est Tendance, and the applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
