Who handles your request?
Caleb SENAT, sole trader, trading as Tout est Tendance, SIREN 509 745 634, is the controller of the data in your request.

Why is this information needed?
Your name, email address, project type and description of your needs allow us to review your request, contact you and, where appropriate, prepare a quote.
This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
What information is requested?
Your name, email address, project type and description are required to review your project and reply. The form cannot be submitted without them.
Your company, existing website link, budget and timeframe are optional. Do not include passwords, access keys, payment data or sensitive information in your message.
Who can access the data?
The information is intended for Caleb SENAT to handle your request. The website and its private storage are hosted by Hostinger, acting as hosting provider. A notification may be sent to the professional mailbox used to handle requests.
Information from the form is not sold or used for marketing unrelated to your request.
How long is it kept?
In the web form’s incoming request folder, requests that are not pursued are kept for 90 days after submission, then deleted. This internal retention period limits storage of requests that are not pursued.
The email correspondence needed to review the project and follow up the quote is kept while the request is being handled. When the case is closed or the project is abandoned, the correspondence is reviewed and messages no longer needed are deleted. Cleaning the web folder does not automatically delete messages in the mailbox.
If the request leads to an accepted quote or a business relationship, relevant data is added to the customer file and kept for the periods applicable to that file and the documents concerned. Technical backups follow the hosting provider’s rotation cycle.
Form protection
The form uses a session cookie strictly necessary for its security and to display the submission receipt. It is not used for advertising tracking and does not contain the text of your request.
To limit abusive submissions, a technical fingerprint of the IP address is computed using a local secret; the raw IP address is not stored in this register. Fingerprints are deleted after 24 hours at the register’s next cleanup. The hosting provider may separately process technical security logs under its own settings.
What are your rights?
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability where the legal conditions are met. Email info@toutesttendance.com and explain your request. Proof of identity will only be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights have not been respected.
